Delete Your Account
Here's how to delete your account and associated data. A deleted account cannot be restored by you. Temporary record and backup exceptions are explained below.
Option 1 — In the game (recommended)
Open the game → Settings (⚙️) → Delete Account → confirm twice.
Once the server confirms deletion, the service account records are removed and you are signed out on this device.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the game, contact us:
Subject: RandomFortress Account Deletion Request
Body: the Google or Apple email you signed in with, and your in-game nickname
Processing time: within 7 business days
Data That Is Deleted

Data That Is Retained
Deletion timing and exceptions — A successful deletion response confirms removal of the account, progress, ranking and mailbox records used by the service. Temporary records used to reconcile match results are not removed immediately. They become eligible for cleanup 24 hours after creation and are deleted in batches by a daily job at 03:30 Korea Standard Time. Delays, failures or a backlog may extend retention; complete deletion within 24 hours is not guaranteed.
Backup copies — Recovery backups created before deletion may still contain the data. Backups become eligible for deletion 30 days after creation and remain recoverable for 7 days after the storage service deletes them. Storage deletion is asynchronous, so this is not a guarantee of complete deletion within exactly 37 days. Payment records retained by law follow the separate terms below.
The following records must be retained under Korean law. They are stored separately from your account data and destroyed once the retention period ends.

Before You Delete
- In-game currency and purchased items are not refunded and cannot be restored.
- Signing in again with the same provider creates a brand-new account — previous data does not carry over.
- Please finish any match in progress before deleting.
